i've figured out how to make quick cheddar garlic gluten free biscuits ON THE STOVE and this is so dangerous holy shit but its so delicious

@ox i dont have measurements coz.. i'm lazy. but its about 3/4 to 1 cup of gf flour, salt, baking soda, garlic (opt. onion) powder, grated yellow cheddar, and then key thing is grating in your butter. it has to be very cold. then you toss it gently, add very cold either ice water or half milk and half water, or even greek yogurt/ sour cream with some water to thin it. then you form it all together into a dough gently. should be a little sticky but not sopping wet.

@ox and while you're doing this, heat up your pan on the stove. you dont need to grease it bc of the butter in the dough. flatten out your biscuit and plop it in. cover. cook about 4 minutes on each side depending on how thick the biscuit it.
